Le Rêve Noir® specializes in breeding the most exquisite Gypsy Vanner horses of British origin, whose exceptional and chimerical class is found nowhere else on the planet except Great Britain and now in Colombia.
At Le Rêve Noir we preserve what we call Heritage Lines - the true standard created by Gypsy families, defined by body type and not by color. Our horses look different because they are: they are the originals.
Our goal is to produce the finest breed of Gypsy Vanner horses here in South America, through selective and conscious breeding of horses with unmatched genetics, paying homage to the creators who shaped this purebred breed as we know it today.
After World War II, a visionary dream began to take shape among nomads in Britain known as gypsies. These families embraced their fascinating heritage and proudly created a draft horse perfectly suited to their needs.

Our Horses
Carefully selected from original lineages, which we call Heritage Lines, of DNA-verified genetics to meet the breed standard. Our horses have up to a century of revered heritage flowing through their blood that comes from the first horse breeders in North America, as well as nomadic gypsies from England, Ireland and Wales. Many of our equine lines are the first of their kind in South America, and today they are found here exclusively at Le Rêve Noir® Colombia.
